Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi✨️

Hey there everyone,

Another day, another blog. Recently, I rewatched Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, starring Chitrangada Singh, Kay Kay Menon, and Shiney Ahuja. I’d say this movie really has the potential to be called a classic.

I love how beautifully Sudhir Mishra has portrayed the modern-day state of both delusional communism and stunned capitalism. Chitrangada’s character, to me, represents the common person torn between both sides of the coin, struggling with a moral confusion of what’s right and wrong.

And of course, I can't not mention the song “Bawara Mann Dekhne Chala Ek Sapna.” It’s hauntingly beautiful and perfectly captures the emotional core of the film the longing, the chaos, the quiet dreams. It’s one of those songs that stays with you long after the credits roll.

All in all, I truly believe this is a film everyone should watch at least once in their lifetime.
